Booking terms:

We only accept bookings based on a 3-night minimum stay.
From 17th July to 2nd September 2025, we only accept bookings with check-in and out on Mondays and Fridays.
Please contact us to discuss discounts on week-long+ bookings.
All below prices are subject to availability, and may fluctuate throughout the year.
A cleaning fee will be added to all bookings of £95.

3rd March - 4th April: £350 per night
4th April - 17th July: £400 per night
17th July - 2nd September: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday nights: £455 per night, Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights: £480 per night (please note check-in and out days are limited to Mondays and Fridays)
2nd September - 17th October: £350 per night
17th October - 3rd November: £420 per night
3rd November - 1st December: £300 per night
1st December - 19th December: £350 per night
19th December - 23rd December: £410 per night
23rd December 2nd January 2026: £700 per night

NB: during the festive period, we are only accepting check-in/out dates on 23rd, 27th, 30th December, 2nd and 5th January.
